An EU H2020 project

Two training sessions were organized in Nakuru (Kenya), where are located the study areas of the project. The sessions, of 3 days each, took place from the 18th to the 23rd of june 2018.
They were animated by two experts from CGT University of Siena, Italy:
- M Tommaso Colonna for the theme of Resistivity methods applied to hydrogeology: theory and data processing (3 days: Initiation into resistivity methods, Resistivity models & Data processing ) and
- M Enrico Guastaldi for the theme of Analysis of environmental data through geostatistical methods
(3 days: Statistics and geostatistics, Geostatistical map calculating: The variogram and the kriging & Multivariate spatial analysis).
In total, about thirty persons took part in these sessions, which totaled 48 hours of training.
These sessions ended with short online tests, and all the slides of lectures were provided to the students, as well as a certificate.
